Fresh Garden Salad!

Fresh from the garden salad for lunch!
Fresh leaf lettuce, dill, yellow banana peppers, sugar peas and fresh of the vine sliced cucumber!
Other veg I sometimes add are spinach, cherry tomatoes, carrots, radish or onions.
This is garden leaf mustard. My husband likes this better then I do!
It has a sharp, tangy mustard taste.


This is the leaf lettuce.



This is the dressing I use and love. It is one I learnt from my mother and grandmother.
It is cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper to taste and I add some fresh dill weed.
Um Um Good. And healthy too!
